1. Who we are

Brighton Gallery is a photography print shop based in Brighton, East Sussex, UK. We sell fine art photography prints online at brightonphotogallery.com. You can contact us at hello@brightonphotogallery.com.

2. What data we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. We also collect your payment details — these are processed securely by Stripe and we never store your full card number. If you contact us via our contact form, we store your message and email address.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to fulfil your order, send you order and dispatch confirmation emails, respond to your enquiries, and (with your consent) send you marketing emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate our shopping cart and checkout. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the banner at the bottom of this page.

5. Data retention

We retain order data for 7 years to meet UK tax obligations. Contact messages are retained for 2 years. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.

7. Third parties
