1. Our products

All prints are produced to order on Hahnemühle Photo Rag archival paper using professional giclée printing. Colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to monitor calibration. Sizes shown include a 3cm white border.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm you are over 18 and that the delivery address provided is correct. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card is authorised at checkout and charged only when your order is dispatched. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express 1–2 days. Free standard UK delivery on orders over £75. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to return an item for a full refund. Items must be in original condition. If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

6. Intellectual property

All photography is owned by Brighton Gallery and protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants you a personal licence to display it in your home. Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Brighton Gallery's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
